LiveScan Service Requests are currently unavailable except through emails from Talent Acquisition or LiveScan Services. There is no way to access a LiveScan Service Request except through the links provided by these groups.
“Hiring Managers” describes anyone who is hiring someone on campus, be they paid or volunteer, staff, faculty or student. They will be contacted by Talent Acquisition and given the link to the LiveScan Service Request.
Once the Hiring Manager receives the link, they should download the Excel spreadsheet, complete all fields (using complete words like “Yes” rather than “Y”, for example). Once they have filled in the form, they should email it to LiveScan Services. We will import it into our system, and the applicant will be notified that they need to fill out an Applicant LiveScan Service Request (including a link to the request).
Once both forms have been processed, the Applicant will be contacted to make an appointment to be fingerprinted.
